2. Where do you ship to?
We ship domestic and international.
3. How soon does my order ship?
All orders ship once they are processed. Processing times usually take between 1-3 business days. Once your item is ready to ship, you will recieve an email indicating that your item has been sent to the address on the order.
4. How long does shipping take?
- USPS First Class Package 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days

5. What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to sanitary concerns and the nature of our products, we do not process returns or refunds.
However, if you have received an incorrect item or damaged item, please do the following within 24 hours of receipt:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the Order # in the subject line.
- Attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, photo of the shipping label, and photo of packaging.
We will review and do our best to resolve the issue. If an item was sent incorrectly, we will re send you the correct item.
All of our items are shipped with insurance to protect against damages. If your item arrived damaged, we will use the above information to file a claim. If insurance denies your claim, we are not responsible for replacing the item or issuing a refund. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
